I had the privilege of participating in a project in collaboration with the University of Chicago Medicine. The project's primary goal was to create training materials for a call center situated within the hospital, which was in the process of adopting Salesforce software. The training modules were specifically designed for call center personnel new to Salesforce, having previously used a different medical records software.
Throughout the project, I developed mood boards, look-and-feel documentation, eLearning courses, and job aids. This involved collaboration with a project manager, art director, instructional designer, technical writer, and subject matter expert.
